• Add new deviation in Paras 4.2.4 & 4.2.5: requiring Capacitance & Capacitance Change measurements before and after mounting.
• Table 6: amend as detailed in new attachment as highlighted in red (original DCR changes) and in blue (additional editorial DCR changes)
