Table 6 No. 19 shall not be changed as proposed in the Justification section
of the DCR. A new Appendix 'A', "Agreed Deviations for Smiths Interconnect
(F)", shall be added to new Page 23 of the spec instead. Details are as
follows:
Items affected: "Para. 4.2.4 Deviations from Qualification Tests (Chart IV)"
and "Para. 4.2.5 Deviations from Lot Acceptance Tests (Chart V)"
Description of Deviations (applicable to both Items): "Para. 9.27,
Maintenance Aging, (a) Procedure, number of cycles: The number of cycles may
be reduced from 9 to 5."
