The existing Variant in this specification, Variant 01 (SAMRH71 die revision D), has reached 'End-of-Life' since Microchip's initial proposed changes for this DCR.
Therefore Variant 01 is deleted, the new Version is added as Variant 02 (SAMRH71E) and various other changes are made throughout, as follows:
- Thermal Resistance Max. Rating is amended from 2.9 to 1.5 deg.C/W;
- Text (Note) is added to Para. 1.6 regarding ESD robustness;
- A modified Protection Network diagram (and new Note 3) is added to Para. 1.11;
- Changes are made to Paras. 2.3 & 2.4: certain Characteristics are removed, Limits amended, Parameter Drift Values details changed.
