The original Proposed Wording of Change for this DCR shall be replaced by the following:
Add new Para 9.4.1.4 as follows:
9.4.1.4 Equivalent Series Resistance
The following details shall apply:
(a) Test Frequency : 100 ± 5kHz
(b) Measurement accuracy: within ±5% of the reading or ±3 mOhm, whichever is greater
(c) Magnitude of polarizing voltage: Unless otherwise specified in the Detail Specification, the maximum dc bias shall be 2.2V for all ac measurements. The magnitude of the ac voltage shall be limited to 0.5Vrms maximum.
