A final, agreed, draft of the spec (see new attachment MSWord document 22900 draft 5D) has been created as a result of various ESA/PSWG Working Group discussions. The initial DCR attachments “22900_update240113(2).doc”, “22900updateoct2013(2).doc” and “22900_updateeldrs_iss5.doc” have been replaced to the extent shown in this document, where the ‘delta’ between the content of 22900 Issue 4 and the final agreed draft of the spec are highlighted (in blue and red text).
The change given in the approved DCR 935 is also included in the attached draft specification.
