The Radiation Hardness Assurance and Component Analysis Section (TEC-QEC) forms part of the Technical Reliability and Quality Division, of the Product Assurance and Safety Department.
This site provides technical information considered to be of practical use and relevance for ESA projects and the Space Industry on Space Radiation Effects on Electronic Components providing information such as Radiation Test Data, Radiation Test Methods and Standards and other relevant technology information.
