EPPL Contents
Part:
indicates if a component belongs to EPPL Part 1 or Part 2
Part Type:
the vendors's type or the code which is most commonly used for the component
Group and Subgroup:
the family and function of the component (see the Family codes section in the Information menu)
Detail specification:
the ESCC spec., MIL drawing or other recognized procurement document in accordance with which the components has been qualified or evaluated
Description:
indicates the main technical characteristics of the components and the variants, ranges or finish selected for the EPPL
Package:
the selected package for the EPPL (not necessarily all the available packages of the components are included in the EPPL)
Remarks:
reports any Alert, Application Note, last-buy or obsolescence advice, additional testing, etc. existing for the component
TID Category:
indication of the Total Ionizing Dose of the component, as per the following classification criteria:

For components with ESCC/22900 qualification/testing:
o Qualified i.a.w. ESCC/22900
o Tested i.a.w. ESCC/22900 to X kRad(Si) -
For components with MIL-STD-883 or equivalent qualification:
o Qualified i.a.w. MIL-STD-XXX TM XXXX to X kRad(Si) -
For components with user?s or manufacturer?s TID test data:
o Manufacturer / User test data available -
For components with no TID data available:
o No data available -
For components considered inherently insensitive by technology:
o Insensitive
