ESA/CNES Radiation Effects Final Presentation Days

The CNES ESA joint final presentation days in the field of EEE Component radiation effects cover recent final results of CNES and ESA R&D activities.
The presentations address subjects such as EEE Component (memory devices, MOSFETs, imagers, FPGA, optocouplers, etc.) irradiation characterization, Radiation Hardness Assurance, in-flight radiation related experiments and tools for predicting radiation effects in EEE Components.
