In addition to the changes detailed in the original DCR attachment, the following changes shall also be included in this DCR:
a) Para. 1.8 a), Materials and Finishes; Case
Amend 2nd sentence to read as follows:
"For the chip carrier package and the flat package, the case shall be hermetically sealed and have a ceramic body with a Kovar lid."
b) Para. 2.2 (a), Marking; Terminal Identification
Amend bullet to read as follows:
"(a) Terminal identification (CCP and FP-8 packages only)."
c) Paras 2.4.1, 2.4.2, 2.5 & 2.6, Electrical Measurements Tables
For all characteristics in all tables where the limit depends on the Variant number as listed in the Test Conditions column of each table (see below), add new variants 16 & 17 to the respective list (note - Variant 16 & 17 to be included in the same list as existing Variant 15).

: Base-Emitter Voltage Differential
