ESA CNES Final Presentation Days - 2013

The ESA-ESTEC Components Space Evaluation & Radiation Effects Section (TEC-QEC) is pleased to announce the "ESA -CNES Final Presentation Days 2013" to be held at ESTEC on 5 & 6 June 2013.

This is the third CNES ESA joint final presentation days in the field of EEE Component radiation effects. It will cover recent final results of CNES and ESA R&D activities.
The presentations address subjects such as EEE Component (memory devices, MOSFETs, imagers, FPGA, optocouplers, etc.) irradiation characterization, Radiation Hardness Assurance, in-flight radiation related experiments and tools for predicting radiation effects in EEE Components.
